Anyway, i am here to complain about this sales person at HelloShop at Bugis again.

Anyway, this is what had happened just now between me and him, i will name him L then.

Me : Hello. I am here to collect my simcard ( Smilezzz! )

L : Who is the card under?

Me : My sister, But she is out of town, i am taking this card on behalf on her and i have an authorisation letter.

L : Are you above 21 ?

Me : No.

L : Then you cant collect it .

Me : But i was told that i could collect the simcard with an authorisation letter.

L : ( Click on com for a long time ) ( Show-attitude-face )

Me : So can anot ?

L : You have to be 21 years old!! ( with attitude )

Me : i called singtel last night and they said that i CAN collect. ( I enphazize on the word CAN )

L : I said cant means cant.

Me : Do i have to repeat myself?!

L : You really cannot take lah

Me : I collected it once that time. and i successfully collected it without any problems like this!

L : where you collect one?
